In short: Sakhi is a period & cycle tracker. We collect only what
the app needs to work, we never sell your data, we use only
non-personalized ads, and you can export or delete
everything at any time from within the app.
1. Who we are
Sakhi ("we", "us", "the app") is a menstrual cycle and health tracking application
published by Vidhaata Technologies. For any privacy question, contact us at

2. What data we collect
Account information: your name and email address, and a securely
hashed password.
Cycle & health data you enter: period start/end dates, flow,
symptoms, moods, optional temperature, notes, and your cycle settings (average
cycle/period length, goal).
App preferences: language, reminders, and app-lock settings
(your PIN never leaves your device).
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos, or device
identifiers for tracking.
3. How we use your data
To calculate cycle, ovulation and fertile-window predictions.
To sync your data securely across your devices.
To send the reminders you set up (delivered locally on your device).
Your health data is used only to provide these features. It is never
used to target advertising.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored on our own secured servers and transmitted over encrypted
connections. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Your app-lock PIN is stored
locally on your device and is never sent to us.
5. Advertising
The free version of Sakhi shows ads through Google AdMob. We configure these as
non-personalized ads, which means your cycle and health data are
not used to target ads. Google may still process limited data (such as
approximate, coarse signals and device data) to serve and measure ads, as described in
Google's
advertising policy. You can remove all ads by subscribing to Sakhi Plus.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal or health data, and we do not share it
with advertisers. Data is shared only:
With Google AdMob, strictly for serving non-personalized ads (free tier).
With a partner you explicitly choose via Partner Mode — and only
your high-level cycle phase and next-period date, never your logs, symptoms or notes.
You can revoke this at any time.
Where required by law.
7. Your rights & controls
Export: download all your data as JSON from Settings → Privacy & Data.
Delete: permanently delete your account and all associated data from
the same screen. This cannot be undone.
Ad-free: upgrade to Sakhi Plus to turn off ads entirely.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your
cycles, logs, reminders and profile are permanently removed from our servers.
9. Children
Sakhi is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data,
contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or via
email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
